Orientation Session for Scholarship Recipients to Tsinghua University and Beijing Technology and Business University for the 2026 academic year

The Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship (YHCCF) organized an orientation session for Cambodian scholarship recipients who will pursue their studies at Tsinghua University (THU) and Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU) in the People’s Republic of China for the 2026 academic year. The session was presided over by H.E. Sok Piseth, Secretary-General of the Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship.

The orientation session was organized to provide scholarship recipients with essential guidance and practical information to help them prepare for their academic journey in China. The program also provided an opportunity for participants to gain valuable insights through experience-sharing by alumni and current Cambodian students studying in China.

On this occasion, H.E. Sok Piseth offered important guidance and encouragement to the scholarship recipients, emphasizing the need to maintain discipline and diligence in their studies, continually enhance their knowledge and competencies, cultivate meaningful networks, and develop essential skills throughout their academic journey.

H.E. Sok Piseth further encouraged the scholarship recipients to make the most of their educational opportunities, uphold their responsibilities as Cambodian students abroad, and serve as positive representatives of Cambodia while strengthening mutual understanding and friendship between Cambodia and China.

Through this initiative, the Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship remains committed to supporting Cambodian youth in pursuing educational opportunities in China and to developing knowledgeable, capable, and responsible young people who can contribute meaningfully to Cambodia’s future.
